Welcome.
Are you ready to do some deeper work?
This is a space for people who are ready to feel more at home in themselves—and create real, lasting change. My name is Elizabeth. My approach blends somatic, holistic, and depth-oriented therapy to help you shift the patterns that live not just in your mind—but in your body and nervous system.

Whether you’re longing to transform relationship patterns, shift generational wounds, or experience greater intimacy—you’re not alone.

True healing begins between us — in a space of safety, attunement, and trust.
Holistic Therapy for Trauma Healing
What is holistic therapy?

Holistic therapy is a heart-centered approach that supports healing on every level—mind, body, and soul. It’s designed for people who’ve done some inner work but know there's still something deeper to heal.
Every session is tailored to your unique nervous system, history, and needs. We may work with somatic practices, inner child parts, Brainspotting, talk therapy, art, or mindfulness to help shift patterns from the inside out.
This work can support healing from:

-
PTSD · Anxiety · Depression · Relationship Issues · Emotional Disconnection
It isn’t just about symptom relief—it’s about creating lasting change.

Holistic therapy is grounded in the belief that you are more than your symptoms. Together, we explore how past experiences live in your body, shape your beliefs, and affect your relationships—so you can reconnect with your most authentic self.
Why work with me?
I’m a licensed therapist and holistic health coach with over a decade of experience in trauma healing, somatic work, depth psychotherapy, and natural healing. I bring warmth, presence, and intuition into every session—creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported.

Many of my clients say our work touches places they hadn’t been able to access before—and that, through this process, real and lasting change is deeply taking hold.

Why somatic therapy over traditional talk therapy?
You may have done meaningful work in talk therapy—and still feel like something deeper hasn’t shifted. That’s because trauma doesn’t just live in the mind—it’s stored in the body. Somatic therapy helps you safely process the emotional and physiological patterns that words alone can’t reach.

With somatic therapy, you can:

-
Ground in your body instead of just your thoughts
-
Work with anxiety and trauma at the nervous system level
-
Rewire long-held patterns from the inside out
When healing stalls, it’s often because the body is holding what the mind can’t let go of.
