What to expect in holistic therapy?

Each session is unique to you, the individual, as well as the present moment we are working within. No two sessions are exactly the same. Instead we utilize techniques that address your body, mind, and soul as well as the context of your environment in each moment to heal from trauma and build a container for your personal growth journey.

 

Through the trust that we build in our relationship, we are able to explore deeper parts of yourself that often get overlooked or misunderstood. When we give you the space to look deeply, you learn to discover the deeper messages with the subtle nature of your being. We learn to listen to all parts of you, and help them each feel safe to be seen, and to express themselves openly without negative consequences.

 

We build a container of safety that your nervous system learns exists. Your views of the world within and around you shift and you navigate life from a more empowered place. The wounded parts of self are tended to so that they can heal and relax, and the wisdom of your wise self can be the one in charge of taking action and making adult decisions in your life that align with the truth of who you are.
